Janine Ellis

Janine started her dancing journey at the age of 6 years old and instantly fell in love with Ballroom and Latin. She very quickly entered the competition scene and was extremely successful as a Juvenile and Junior, winning many national events and even went on to represent the United Kingdom in competitions across Europe.
Deciding that her real love within the dancing world was teaching and sharing her passion with others, she took her teaching qualifications at the age of 16 and since then has gone on to train many National champions, International finalists, and even a Strictly Come Dancing star, over her 30 year teaching career!
She teaches all ages and abilities and loves nothing more than seeing a nervous beginner walk in to the studio and leave the hall being able to dance a Waltz around the room (and with nice footwork too!)
Janine is currently a committee member on the National Association of Dance Teachers Anglian board.

Rianna Ellis

Rianna started dancing at the tender age of 2 and a half years old after being raised in the studio by her Mum, Janine.
Rianna became an IDTA Nationwide champion for the first time at the age of 4 and then went on to win that championship a further 7 times in the Rosette, Juvenile and Youth sections and was ranked within the top 6 a further 11 times. She also represented the UK at the International Dance Championships when she was 9 years old and was ranked 4th in the Ballroom division and 9th in the Latin division. She represented the UK when she was 17 at a WDC event in Canada where she was ranked 6th in the Ballroom section.
Rianna now teaches alongside her Mum and is hugely successful within the world of Teacher/Student competitions (she has partnered an impressive 10 IDTA Nationwide Champions and 35 finalists in the prestigious IDTA Nationwide Medalist of the Year, spanning all ages from the 3-5years section to the Over 60’s and in the ‘Additional Needs’).
She works with all ages and abilities and believes that with some hard work, passion, determination (and lots of fun) anyone can be successful and make their dancing dreams come true.
She also has a huge passion for fitness & wellness and runs our fitness classes both online and in the studio- it’s suitable for all ages and abilities, dancers and non dancers.
